The service is provided on a monthly basis, with almost no participation required by the restaurant manager.
Every positive review will receive a personalized positive “thank you” with an invitation to return soon. Negative reviews will typically get a longer response, and if they include specific complaints a representative from Restaurant Review Responses will contact the restaurant owner, or general manager, to discuss the best response. (As an example, if a specific server is singled out as the problem, and that server has since been released, we offer that information)
